Annie Remake

Cameron Diaz as Miss Hannigan and Jamie Foxx As Daddy Warbucks - OH I Mean "Stacks..." The Annie Trailer IS OUT and It's Aggressive...Like, Woaaah We Are Def  NOT In 1982 Anymore

Sooo, Were Talking THIS:

vs.

THIS:
lol, the citi bike. like SO, modern doe

The new trailer for the 2014 remake of the classic motion picture "Annie," was just released and everyone is putting in their 2 cents. Well, I'm about to go all out and put in like 5 cents and say a few things. So, first of all Quvenzhane Wallis, is adorable. I mean, she was nominated for an Oscar for God's sake. Like how could you have a problem wit this girl?! People are getting mad about the fact that character of Annie is not portrayed by a small, little white girl with frizzy, red hair. I mean sure, the red hair was fun and was a big staple for the 1980s movie. I get that. BUT, considering that fact that this remake is like SUPER over the top and super modern, give the red head thing a rest, and give the whole Annie being black thing a rest. I mean Jamie Foxx is black? Got an issue with that too? So Lame. People are SO miz.

What people should reeeally being having an issue with, and actually, I a lot of people dare, is Cameron Diaz playing Miss Hannigan. I mean okay, I don't hate Cameron, like I think she pretty and funny sometimes, whatever. Do I think she looks the part of Miss Hannigan? YES. Do I think she is good at acting like Miss Hannigan? Debatable. It looks like she's gonna be super annoying. She's basically reprising her role in "Bad Teacher," if you even remember "Bad Teacher."

"We Loooove YOU Miss Hannigan!" But, do we?

I think the perfect thing about this movie casting is Rose Byrne. I love her. I think she's great. OH and she's British so, we all know how I feel about that. Two thumbs up. She looks so beautiful and elegant in the role that is Grace. And if you recall the 1980s move, Grace is just the best. Rose's singing isn't awful and she looks like she's having a good time so hey, I feel that.

Now, I can't give a full critic of the movie because obviously it's like a two second trailer, but the movie def looks exciting. I mean I'm 100% going to go see because I love the original movie, and I really just love the music and all the songs. The traditional numbers from the original film look like they are much more elaborate and ten times bigger in this move, so I'm about that life. Will all the acting be good? I mean. I'm banking on Quvenzhane to sell it and be the star that she is, but everyone else I don't know. I'm pretty sure the last time Jamie Foxx sung was for the movie "Ray", but then he won an Oscar sooo, nevermind,  I am excited to see it though, I'll def being singing...I mean, obv.

"Annie" hits theaters this Christmas. Checkk it ouuut.

ugh, "Tomorrow". Great freakkin song.
