Prince Farming and Whitney Call It Quits

"Prince Farming" and Whitney Call It Quits: I Mean...Are You Surprised? (Nope).

Okay, I know it's mean...but my crazy eyes comment...accurate. Right? Lolzz.

Well, well, well, its only been 2 months since the airing of Prince Farming, aka Chris Soules, getting down on one knee and proposing (in a barn) to happy-go-lucky-dying-to-be-a-mother-crazy-eyes (LOL sorry), Whitney Bischoff.

The two, who claim to have to have split mutually after a 6 month engagement, said that they will remain close friends, but wedding bells were just not in the cards for them. So, what went wrong in Bachelor paradise? And no, I'm not talking about the cheesy Bachelor spin off...(and don't lie, you probably watched it)...we're not really sure WHY  the two decided to call it quits, but it was obvious that something was up when Whitney stopped appearing on the DWTS sidelines to cheer Chris on. And when Chris was interviewed about Whitney's absences, he gave very dodgy answers about her not being there. You know answers like: "We talk about everything on the phone..." OKAY, sure. So, you keep her updated...over the phone? Uh-huh. Got it. But OBV you were lying. Joke's on US because the whoooole time you guys were actually DUNZOOO. Really, silly us. But apparently the stress of DWTS may have been the reason for their hasty break up.

Awkward love triangle? Rumors of Chris Soules getting close with the other blonde Whitney is his life began to circulate...

In the words of Nick Jonas, Whitney's thinking: "I still get jeaaaalouuuusss!" Great song.

But the real question for all of this is - were you even surprised? I mean...no. You weren't. Though I actually thought they were a good match, there's always that but-is-this-really-going-to-work-out-Bachelor doubt. To quote Kristin Dos Santos, E! News' television reporter, after Chris proposed to Whitney on national television, we were all kinda just "waiting for the other shoe to drop." I don't think anyone bought it. Chris def settled because Becca was just NOT it and Kaitlyn...well she's just the one that got away, but it was good for her because she was too good for Iowa.

So, with all these Bachelor Nation splits, Chris and Whit, Andi and Josh, it has people wondering - yet, I don't even know why people are wondering this, but it DOES have people wondering - is the Bachelor fake? HMMMMM. I mean is a lot of it staged? HELL YA. For example - Nick Vaill from Andi's season who we were all scared of an totally embarrassed Andi on national television with the whole "Then why did you have sex with me?" comment...well SPOILER ALERT: (but if you saw The Bachelorette season promo then you know) comes back this season to date Kaitlyn like what? WHY?  And the whole sex thing...you know with Kaitlyn admitting to having sex before the fantasy suite on the show, I mean that def happens all the time.

Former Bachelor winner Courtney...you all remember her, she admitted to having sex with Ben her season in her tell all book.

Courtney...yeah she was hot, but a tad manipulative. I recently saw her in LA shopping and yeah, she's just as hot in person. Damn models.  If you catch me reading this book tho...don't hate.

But because of Kaitlyn's like awesomely "racy" personality, the whole sex scandal thing was no doubt perfect for her season storyline. But whatever, Kaitlyn - you own your sex scandal. She's only doing what 90% of us would prob end up doing in that situation or hell...even normally. Like, let's be real. And Kaitlyn, don't be ashamed. Sure, it's national TV, but I mean you did sign up for that...

But whether the show is fake or not we still wanna see if these people are gonna end up together after you know, only a few months of a dating, so how successful is The Bachelor even? Umm, not very.

Kristin Dos Santos laid out the stats of us last night on E! News. Out of 19 seasons of The Bachelor, only one guy (Sean, obv) is happily married to his Bachelor boo and out of 11 seasons of The Bachelorette, only 3 girls (Ashley, Des, Trista - the like first Bachelorette ever) are happily married to their Bachelor baes. Welp! I guess it really is just pure entertainment, and it never fails at that.

The original Bachelorette and her man. The couple of 12 years and two kids recently renewed their vows. Now that's a real love story.

So, here's to Kaitlyn! We wish you the best in hopes that you'll find some kinda stable relationship from this crazzzy Bachelor experience! She's the shit though...so I hope it works out for her. Though the odds aren't really in anyone's Bachelor favor...there has been more luck on The Bachelorette side...she maybe she'll be luck number 4! (Maybe).
