Katy Grifiin Leaves Fashion Police oyyy

Fashion Police Is Falling APART!! Kathy Griffin Calls IT Quits After Two Months...WAHHH JOANN!!

Miz?? #Fined.

Welp, I guess the joke is on Fashion Police- you heard it right folks, and if you are all over celebrity news 24/7 like yours truly, then you heard it arounnnd 9:00pm last night - Katy Griffin is leaving Fashion Police. AHHH!! I know right?! You're thinking, I mean, okay but like WHO is going to host NOW?! Cause like, okay, do I really care that Kathy Griffin is leaving Fashion Police? No, not really. She shouldn't have been on it to begin with lol, but do I care that everyone on Fashion Police is dropping like flies? Yes. Kinda weird...no?

BLHEEEHHH!!!

So, how did Kathy announce the news to the world? A la Twitter of course. Kathy tweeted an incredibly long, I mean like SUPER long like I'm not even sure how she surpassed the 140 characters long statement, explaining why she has made the decision to leave the show - alluding to the Zendaya controversy, but also explaining that her style didn't mesh well with the show's style. Classic problem - clashing styles? Sure, sure.

The long ass statement via Twitter says:

I think we can all agree also that this was a good kind of PR move for Kathy because with race tensions SO high in the media right now, people are NOT trying to be associated with racist anything even if it wasn't meant to be racist. (Again, I will defend G and say that I don't think she was intentionally trying to be like racist at all, she was just trying to be harsh and funny in a Joan way, but it came out like, not funny). I mean we already have enough racist frat bros and cops running around, the last thing we want is semi-racist remarks in our fantasy, celebrity news outlets (which I call fantasy cause it's OBV not real news, but is shadily the only news I care about so....whoops).

In a recent statement to US Weekly, Kelly Osborne (who you recall announced she was also leaving FP like a week ago), said that she could not be MORE proud of Kathy for leaving the show. OH...awk?

Hmmm "Sister?" "We're close." LOL
(This is only funny if you have seen RENT...as in like the musical...yes, I'm a
Broadway greek. Get over it).

Kelly's decision to leave the show came shortly after Giuliana's Zendaya comment controversy. Kelly, who happened to be good friends with the former (or maybe still is...Idk) Disney Channel star, coming to her defense and basically calling out G for the words that she used to describe Zendaya's dread lock swag. Though Kelly expressed that she was upset by the comments, she also said that things had not been the same since Joan's passing (well, OBV), and that it was time to move forward. True.

So, you'd think E! would be like a little bitter about all these people saying PEACE - right? Well, I mean, let's be real, they prob are, but they did release a nice statement via US Weekly to Kathy saying: "We wish her all the best and are grateful for her time on the show, as well as the many laughs that she gave us all," the network told Us. "Fashion Police will return, as scheduled, on Monday, March 30 at 9 p.m. with our talented co-hosts Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski and Executive Producer Melissa Rivers."

Damn, Fashion Police,  Has Agatha Christie hear about u?!
Annnd then there were two...

OOOHHH. So FP is coming back...but JUST with Brad and G and Melissa Rivers???!! Ehhhh. No, thanks. Even though I'm sure that is just for the time being before the hire either Khloe Kardashian or NeNe, which is like, whatever. I really don't care who they hire cause I truly think FP ended with Joan and like they should either create a new concept or likee bring Joan back from the dead/only replay old episodes. Sorry, that's just how I feel.

Fashion Police...you've been fined.

This may or may not be Kathy waving goodbye...I'll let you decided.
